The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MAD Incubator will also not be responsible if your shipment gets lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
MAD Incubator reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement of a Defective Product if:
- The Buyer is unable to produce the product details or purchase receipt;
- The defective product is a third party product and MAD Incubator is not authorised by the supplier to process returns or replacements.
Kindly contact us in case your item(s) have any:
1) Defective/faulty item
2) Wrong order
3) Change of mind / other reason.
Note:
- Please contact us within 7 days from the day we shipped out your order, start effectively on the day your item arrives on your doorstep.
- Hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.
- Buyers shall pay the postage charge for the returning item depending on the charges of the chosen courier service. Please provide us the postage tracking no.
- Seller will pay postage charge for delivering the item. If your item is found not defective/faulty item, wrong order, damaged in shipping, buyers shall pay the postage charge for delivering the item.
- Please send the item to our office address, and we will check & evaluate within 3 business days of receiving your returned items.
- If an order has already been shipped, no cancellation will be permitted.
